To the west of tens of billions of galaxies of our existing planet, there is a vast and beautiful world, dubbed the “Western Pure Land”. There is a Buddha in this amazing land, His name is Amitabha and He is the master of this pure land.

在这一百亿个银河系的娑婆世界以西，遥远漫长距离之外有一个美丽浩大的世界，叫做极乐世界。极乐世界有一尊佛陀，叫做阿弥陀佛，他是极乐的主宰。

Amitabha has once made a holy vow to liberate all sentient beings from pains and suffering and offering them with eternal joys and happiness; This holy vision has been materialized with the formation of the “Western Pure Land”. In short, any sentient beings willing to transmigrate to the “Western Pure Land”, he shall make a wish and chant upon Amitabha’s holy name “Amitabha”. As such, Amitabha shall come and receive the soul of this sentient beings across the long distance to live in the “Western Pure Land”. The “Western Pure Land” is an amazing world, whereby its residents are immortal and blessed with eternal joys and happiness. On top of that, it is free from all kinds of pain and suffering, cold and hunger, troubles and worries, war, evil, or even the slightest evil things and even sounds. The residents in the pure land are learning and practicing the ultimate truth under the guidance of Amitabha and they live happily ever after to the eternity.   

他曾经发愿并能真实做到：若有各种众生发愿乐意去极乐国土生活，能称念他的圣号，他便跨过遥远距离摆渡此众生的灵魂到极乐安住。

极乐是一个圆满殊妙的世界，那里的人民寿命无量无边漫长，快乐无量无边，没有痛苦、寒冷、战争、饥饿、烦恼、逼迫，没有坏人，乃至没有坏事及坏的声音。

极乐的人民在阿弥陀佛的教学下，学习真理并实践真理，快乐幸福……

 

If you would like to reserve for Amitabha’s salvation, please pray to Amitabha every day, and make your wish known to Amitabha sincerely. Having this thought in mind, you shall chant upon Amitabha’s holy name (“Amitabha”) every day. Once Amitabha learns about your strong will and faith, an exclusive lotus with your name engraved on it will be set up in the lotus pond of the “Western Pure Land”. Once your life journey in the existing world comes to an end, Amitabha shall take your lotus and come to receiving you into the “Western Pure Land”.

 

如果你想预约阿弥陀佛的摆渡，请每天向阿弥陀佛祷告，将自己希望在极乐生活的意愿虔诚告知，在这样的心念基础上，加以每天适当的称念阿弥陀佛的圣名。

阿弥陀佛得知你的意愿坚定明确，会在极乐的莲花池里，设立一束专属于你的莲花，上面篆刻着你的名字。等到你世间的旅行完毕，阿弥陀佛会拿着你的莲花来摆渡你，并以此莲花为凭。

 

 

In the ancient East, more than 2,500 years ago, the great Buddha Shakyamuni has revealed the existence of the “Western Pure Land” to us, with the hope that we could rescue, redeem, and salvage our souls through Amitabha’s salvation.   

在古老的东方，两千五百多年前，伟大圣人释迦牟尼佛将极乐世界推荐给我们，希望我们借由阿弥陀佛的摆渡，救度自己的灵魂，救赎自己的灵魂，赦免自己的灵魂。

The “Universal Transcendence Ritual” was created by Mr. Ren Jian Tian in 2011. It is rooted in the Amitabha's holy salvation vows and is constantly adjusted and updated through hands-on practice. In August 2019, "The Universal Transcendence Ritual 2.0" was officially launched. The script of this ritual is plain and simple, easy to perform, and without any ritual constraints. It can be practiced by anyone (believer and non-believer alike), anytime, anywhere, and at one’s discretion. It has been used extensively by many fellow practitioners over the years, the outcome is truly incredible and proven by numerous empirical cases.  

普门超度是人间天于2011年首创，以阿弥陀佛的摆渡誓愿为根本，并在实践中不断调整更新，在2019年8月正式推出普门超度2.0版。

此超度版本文字简单平实，方便上手操作，不需要任何仪轨仪式的约束，可以达到随时、随地、随念的开展并完成超度。经众多同修们多年来广泛使用，验证了其效果的殊胜宏大和不可思议。

We live in a three-dimensional world, surrounded by various invisible life forms (or “sentient beings”), some called them ghosts, monsters, spirits, whatnots...

No matter what kind of life forms and intention they have, every soul deserves to be treated gently, like you and me; every soul is striving to pursue their own happiness, like you and me; every soul is seeking a complete redemption, like you and me.

我们生活在一个立体的世间，周围有各种各样的看不见的生命形态，有的被人称呼为鬼怪妖魔……

不管他们是什么样的形态心念，但每个灵魂都希望自己被善待，如此刻的你我一般；每个灵魂也都在追逐自己的幸福快乐，如此刻的你我一般；每个灵魂都在寻求被彻底的救赎，如此刻的你我一般。

Through the given ritual, we literally introduce the Amitabha’s holy vows and the respective method on transmigration to the Amitabha’s “Western Pure Land” to all sentient beings who enter the light of Buddha. The mechanism is simple,  as long as they are willing to relieve from pains and to pursue happiness; and they could follow the guidance of the script to make a wish to transmigrate to the Amitabha’s “Western Pure Land”. The last and not the least, they have to chant upon Amitabha’s holy name “Amitabha” during the ritual. As such, they shall secure a place at the pure land whereby Amitabha shall lead and receive them to the Western Pure Land upon the completion of the ritual.     

我们借由普门超度，将阿弥陀佛摆渡众生的誓愿和方法，告诉给每个进入阿弥陀佛圣光中的有缘的众生，只要他们也乐意脱离痛苦获得快乐，他们能跟随超度文的引导发愿乐生极乐世界，并能称念圣名，即可预约他们的极乐生活，即可领受阿弥陀佛的摆渡，即可跟随阿弥陀佛回到极乐世界去生活。

As the Buddha Shakyamuni once professed, “all sentient beings are equal” therefore every single soul deserves salvation from Amitabha. If we do not try out the ritual by ourselves, we will not be able to tell how amazing and incredible this new experience is. Unfortunately, for thousands of years, such amazing method has only been buried and scattered around in various Buddhist scriptures, and has not been made known to the world.

因此每个灵魂都需要来自阿弥陀佛的救赎，如果我们没有接触过，不会知道这是多神奇和不可思议的全新体验。

只是千百年来，这样的方法只在佛教的经典中，并没有被挖掘显示于世。

If you happen to be surrounded and harassed by evil spirits, why don’t you share with them about the beauty and solemnity of the Western Pure Land through this ritual? Once they learn about the benefits of it, they will naturally give up on you as they have more to gain. With this ritual in place, we can practically settle all kinds of resentment and grudges incurred with our associated sentient beings in the previous lifetime.   

所以聪明的你，如果你周围有灵魂的围绕乃至纠缠，为什么不试着告诉他极乐的美好和庄严？当他有更好的利益可得，自然不会再于你有纠缠。借此普门超度，我们可以和一切宿世轮回中的众生释解怨仇恶念。

At this moment, you may believe or have doubts, that is completely normal. The proof of pudding is in the eating, why not perform the given ritual for once by reciting the respective script? It’s quick and simple, it will only take less than 10 minutes to complete, and perhaps an incredible miracle may happen upon you in no time!

此刻的你，或相信，或有质疑，试着照普门超度真诚的诵念一阵子，也许就有一个不可思议的奇迹在你的见证体验中诞生。

On the same vein, If we can use this method to help various souls to acquire eternal happiness through transmigration to the Western Pure Land, rest assured, we could also employ the same method to reserve the pass to the Western Pure Land via Amitabha's reception upon the end of our present lifetime . This is undoubtedly a great gospel for all of us as we inevitably endure different kinds of troubles and pains in life, with such method at our disposal, we shall be liberated once for all from worries concerning uncertainties in future, especially afterlife.  

如果我们能借此帮助各种灵魂获得极乐的生活，当然也可以借此预约阿弥陀佛对自己的摆渡。对于深陷在各种烦恼痛苦中的人来说，这无疑是巨大的福音，不必再为未来恐惧担心。

As a matter of fact, the mentioned ritual is developed based on the essence of the Mahayana Buddhism of the mysterious East, it is with utmost privilege whereby its key objective is to seek ultimate salvation for one-self and others at the same time. Going by the teaching, you shall assist the souls around you to pursue ultimate salvation through transmigration to the Western Pure Land so as to complete your own ultimate salvation. By so doing, the negative interferences incurred by the sentient beings in question shall cease to exist and we could harvest peace at present life. Furthermore, shall we practice the mentioned ritual until our very last breath, we would be able to acquire a pass the Western Pure Land too!  Therefore, you shall cherish this golden opportunity to learn and practice this method. Do feel free to introduce this method to your close relatives and friends if you can, as it will bring you all unimaginable benefits, both at present and afterlife.

这是来自神秘东方最伟大的佛教中，最殊胜的自度度他的佛法。你应该拥有，你的至亲故友应该拥有，你也应该为周遭的灵魂预约阿弥陀佛的摆渡，从而完成对自己的救赎，和对众生的谅解，从此相逢一笑泯恩仇！而他们留下的负面干扰也都会土崩瓦解。

 

The last and not the least, this ritual is not be used to serve your own interests, as such great Dharma should not be abused as a tool for private desires, but to serve the ultimate salvation for all sentient beings.  

当你拿到普门超度的文稿，请不要以此谋求自己的财富利益，不要把宏大的佛法，用成了私小欲望的工具。

With this short article, hopefully we could shed some light on Amitabha and the Western Pure Land, more importantly, offering concrete and feasible method for ultimate salvation for both you and the souls around you! Amitabha!

谨以此文，聊表一二，希望借此能增加各位对极乐及阿弥陀佛的了解，为自己和周遭灵魂以解脱希望！
